Kalel asked me the other day what happens to ice when it you cook it. So, I told him lets cook it and see what happens. These pictures were his documentation of what happened. He figured out that ice melts to water and then evaporates to steam. When it was done he saw water spots in the pan which led to talk about water spots on the van when it rains and then the water dries on the window and the paint.
