Halloween Part 2

A few of the kids would run ahead and a few of the kids would stay behind. I had to run with them to get pictures of them all together.

I wrapped Charles like a mummy but ran out of wrapping.

On Saturday, Kal had a soccer tournament. His games are very fast and exciting. Sometimes when the ref makes bad calls, we get upset. But one of our coaches rules is not to abuse the refs, so we just grumble. I got up early and took him to an Eight a.m. game.

We ran home between games for something to eat and to pick up the others. Robin and Michelle came with us to the Eleven a.m. game. The second game was the most exciting one of the day. Our coach who is usually very quiet and mild mannered screamed at one point during the game. He needed to sub in some players and the ref wasnt listening to him, so he got loud. This is extremely out of character for him.

By the third game, the guys were pretty tired. Only some of them had steam left and they started to argue a bit. And it was raining off and on all day. So they were pretty wet and their cleats were slippery.

They could still take silly team pictures though.

Michelle and Robin left after the second game. It was great having them here for a couple of days.
