Lately whenever we leave the house to go anywhere, Claire takes at least two babies with her. She straps one into any seatbelt that is available in the van. Sometimes this can take aleast ten to fifteen minutes. She chooses which baby will go into which seat and straps them in. Sometimes her little fingers can not coordinate so well and she will get frustrated. But she dosent want help, not until she is ready. She needs to try until she decides that it is okay for one of us to help put the seatbelt on her babies. Everytime we do this it just gets easier for me to stand there and wait. Wait for her to figure out the seatbelt for herself and snap it together or for her to decide help is ok.
I found a recipe for bathtub paint browsing thru some blogs. You can find it here . We had a great time painting our tub and I dont think my kids have been that clean in awhile.
This paint is made with 2 Tb of cornstarch, 1/3 cup of liquid soap, several drops of food coloring, and a little bit of water for good consistency. This kids had a blast painting and they nor my bathtub have ever been this clean. LOL.
