Life Is Good Unschooling Conference
We arrived in Corvallis, Or today at 1pm. After we checked in and found our room, we hauled our stuff out of the van. Then we went and checked in at the registration for the conference. This is such an awesome hotel. Almost every room has a pull out sofa, all rooms have a computer with internet, refrigerator and microwave. I sent Tori, Kalel and Kyle to the pool and took Claire with me to go check out the convention stuff. They have a toddler room, a game room, an Usborne book vendor (of course) and a raffle and silent auction. I feel alittle out of place. I never really feel like I belong anywhere. Of course, we have only been here half of a day. I drove for a very long time this morning and am very tired. Kyle is driving me nuts as well. He already is throwing temper tantrums. We drove around Corvallis and checked it out. This is a nice town. It has small bungalows and one way streets. It reminds me of Belmar quite a bit. There is a pajama party tonight from 8 to 11. We will see how that goes and who stays up the longest.
