Yokes chocolate bake off

I have decided to enter my famous (with Charles) white chocolate cheesecake into a contest. The local fair here runs at the end of every summer annually. They are having a chocolate bake off. You can use any kind of chocolate you like as long as your dessert is made from scratch. Not a problem. And I hope the judges like it as much as Charles does.
